Nice, thank you for this video. Nice insights for sure!
Western society doesn't want American blacks coming to SA this is why they pushed negatively between blacks and African people crazy hnn, now us seeing how nice it is there we want to move are money and American resources.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Well, each to his own. Jo'burg is not my kind of destination. If you live in any US city, Jo'burg is just another one which happens to be in SA. There are amazing places outside our cities, but I guess will not suit city folk. If it has to be a city, try Cape Town next…
As an African American, I visited Joburg this past March, and had the time of my life. The people and the country stole my heart. I really wish they dispel this propaganda about South Africans don't like us and the crime rate is high. Hell the crime in the US is higher. Anyway, I'm looking forward to going back the first of the year and soon be relocating there. Thanks for sharing your experience and much blessings and Ubuntu!
From what I have heard, the crime rate in Johannesburg is lower than the crime rate in 50 of the American major Cities. In particular the murder rate, but that doesn't mean that the Johannesburg crime rate is not high. My point is that if you can survive in 50 of the American major Cities, then you can survive in Johannesburg, because in Joburg the crime would be lower overall.
Joburg is a great city, I had the good fortune to live there a few years.
It is a lie 🇿🇦!! The roamer about is hating African Americans, instate we love them a lot, because we use to see them on Tv or in the Movies, so they are welcome in our country❤️🌹
Who the hell is spreading these malicious rumours of Black Americans being treated badly in South Africa? 😲
Welcome family enjoy your stay and please comeback and stay.
Sorry not 11 wrong the Are 14 as south africa
I love our AA bradas n sista always have
I live in Jozi and have to say that this video is the best and most comprehensive I have seen as a guide to the city. The only comment I have to make is that the reviewer stayed at the Hilton, an American hotel chain. A Hilton is a Hilton in London, Paris, NYC, or anywhere else in the World. We have many 5* hotels and he would have got a more authentic experience had he stayed in a South African owned and run hotel.
We don't have 11 languages. We have 12 official languages and more than 30 unofficial languages.
What a city Johannesburg is so beautiful and clean watching from Zimbabwe nice content I did subscribe
Don't forget Club Altitude its five star 💫
The Hilton hotel is 3/5 in my books in comparison to other five star hotels like the Sheraton in PTA and there are a number of bnb's that are finer than the hilton
South Africans and black Americans only fight on Twitter/X to kill time, mate. None of that happens in real life and many US youtubers who've come here, like yourself, will attest to that.
Oh wow! Just came across your channel and subscribed. Enjoyed the tour. What's your voew of xenophobia in South Africa 🇿🇦? Thanks
I am South African and it's new to hear we don't treat black Americans well. It's a big lie usually from people who have never been to South Africa
🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦💯🏉🏆🌍
My wife and I were in America a few years ago. We connected so beautifully with African Americans, so many said they’d love to visit Africa and the connection is just so undeniable. We’re all brothers and sisters
Welcome to Sunny South Africa, welcome home. Be warned South Africa is very addictive. You may end up with a South African name and contemplating staying forever. Enjoy every moment.
Dope perspectives! I'm going to be there in December hoping to have the same good time! Bless up!
You had the best time
I live in Pretoria, the capital city, bro its way calmer than Joburg with much lesser crime than Cape Town and Joburg and Durban…PTA is relatively quiet but has all the amenities of those cities minus the beach…Make PTA your base operations next time you are here, we have a Air BnB, hit me up if you ever come to 012…
Keep your wallet in your underwear, you might survive😂
The mighty SouthAh 💪🏾🇿🇦
Come on bro ,you dont have a moral ground to lecture about the safety of Joburg coming from the US. The US is infact much more violent than South Africa in many metrics. Just recently one lunatic randomly shot 20 people in the US. If you were from South East Asia id understand when you are wary about crime because their societies dont experience too much of it . Not with the US man chill and enjoy the South Africa
Soweto is pronounced so-where-to? Not so-wi-2
South Africans love Americans that’s for sure. Don’t believe the media lie…Most crime in South Africa is c0mmitted by Nigerians and Zimbabweans who come here illegally and undocumented
There way we love American ,I wonder were did you hear that wrong information
Joburg crime is as bad as Chicago, Detroit or Memphis. Americans from those cities shouldn’t worry about crime in Joburg. Also, most of the crime happens in some townships and sketchy areas such as Hilbrow. Sandton and Rosebank are relatively safe at night if you’re not stupid.
How do you know about Joburg crime if you didnt see or experinced it.You also mentioned that joburg is the first city you visited in Africa, yet when you concluded your video, you saying Joburg is one of the nice cities you visited in Africa. Im confused, make it make sense???
Depending where you go, most of it is a slum. 😢
Excellent narrative.
I've never heard of Americans being treated badly. We always love having you guys here
South Africans love Americans period
bro crime in Johannesburg is just like LA, ATL/ NYC, Chicago, Tampa Florida Miami, Huston taxes and all major cities in America..SA is a first world trapped in a third world environment
the best content from an American about SA i've seen tjhus far…please come back
welcome home…new sub…

Brother thanks for the information. Do you think i could have a successful visit to SA without a tour company?
Bro are you serious about if the lower the crime rate 😂. Can you compare Joburg to any US cities in crime?
Welcome brother, but who are the people spreading rumours black Americans are not treated well by South Africans!
It the US media
Is it black Americans
Or African immigrants in the US!
Black Americans contribute positively to the South Africa tourism industry and economy just like other visitors from Europe and Asia!
🤟🏾
Thanks for sharing! I’m flying in on this Saturday. Excited to have the experience.
I can tell you thats lie of South Africans treating African Americans bad, brother this come from way back the music Manhattans O jays Issac Ace Barry white to 90s RnB .Clarens Cutter made a record called live in Joburg similarities on black South Africans and African Americans
