What are your thoughts on CBD? Do you think it could be helpful while quitting?
Bro you are inspiring me to change my life
So happy I don't have a p*** problem lol
Day 5 and I’m not gone lie I feel way better than the past two days 💯💯💯
I can make it 2 weeks, but there's always some stressful event or a night out drinking that leads me to convince myself to relapse. i wish my life was calm and simple but i'm addicted to chaos. i just wanna live in a remote village without the trappings of hectic modern life
How do you occupy your mind when you’re not smoking? I feel like I can’t even watch tv, and having nothing to do is the real killer.. what do you do after you’ve already worked out, watched a movie, went for a walk..? Need to keep the mind occupied somehow, just don’t know how
Worst thing for me is anhedonia setting in between month 1-3. The acute symptoms like no sleep, anger iriitability nightmares, emotions all over the place, depression etc. All of that shit I can cope with. Even the bad shit gives me something to fight or overcome and a weird sense of purpose. The Anhedonia is what is getting me every single time I try to quit. The feeling of nothing. No motivation No enjoyment. not sad not happy just indifferent. Cant find reason in anything in life. All the good things quitting brought with it seems to not matter to me at all. I dont want to see anyone meet new people or do anything I normally enjoy for that matter. Cant cry or feel sorry for myself. I just dont care about life or myself in it. Not suicidal I dont care enough for something like that. Then I go smoke to feel something. It's always a bad feeling, anxiety shame guilt all that shit,. But it's prefereable to not feeling anything at all.
I needed this . I’m currently homeless with my dog and I’m battling addiction everyday . If you can be so kind I just released an hour long video about my addiction and homelessness . Please go watch the video and help me get monetized, so I can get off the street . Even if you don’t wanna help me I love you all 🙏🏽💙
Here I am again watching your videos and 2 years later and still haven’t quit 🤦🏾♀️
I quit once years ago for 6 months but i want to get back to that but do it longer now.
Is it alright for mental health to smoke like 3-4 times a week (I smoke multiple times a day every day and have adhd as well as severe depression and anxiety) cuz that’s my goal
I spent years obsessed with the idea of quitting that was real fact spoken
I really appreciate you putting your time into these videos daily, currently starting my journey. Haven’t solidified but I really wanna do this
Happy to report I’m finally fully free of all nicotine in products in 2024. Thank you Dr Frank! It’s been almost 4 years of trying on and off to quit smoking, vaping and nicotine gum. I actually became addicted to Nicorette for a while. Finally I cut down and have not consumed any kind of nicotine or nicotine replacement. 💪🏼
I was doing so good for almost a month, and then I just purchased a vape due to stress. I’m going try again. This is so stupid!
im 40 days clean from weed here. Not here demonizing the herb, BUT yall dont need it AND you can do it. 💯
Keep making videos! They are helping ty
When I was 14 I tried marijuana for the first time,at first I thought it was great fun and exciting I would have it now and then didn't think much of it. But over time it slowly but surely got its hooks into me it became such an important thing to my life that I fully understand the need of having the drug is on par with having a drink of water when you're highly dehydrated. I've spent many many years of my life trying to quit, and go back and forth, I fell into both of these traps with ease I would tell myself that it helps me it calms me takes away my nerves, takes away my stress but unfortunately at the age I am now 29 I understand now that it causes a lot of damage to my life not only with physical harm but mental harm relationship harm and financial harm and what else really sucks is that good feeling of being high you are always chasing you are never content it is a endless hole that can never be filled, I don't care if you've got a million dollars to spend on it, it just means your hole will be a hell of a lot deeper to fill. but yet funny I am still hooked on it. I still fight the battle every single day. I was told that weed is not addictive or harmless or nowere as addictive is most other things. but I find when you find something that you believe that helps you or that you feel like can relax you make you feel good and happy, 100% it's addictive if not addicted to the physical drug may be addicted to the feeling that the drug gives what ever that may be. we all have a choice in life do we want to change or are we continent God bless you all.
This guy has such a punch-me face wow
I got clean and off the streets in 94 praying for strength and going to treatment after I got out I went to work for a rehabilitation and have been clean ever since. Here's the best thing I ever found Shepherdschapel on YT Theseasonorg explains the whole bible God bless
This is harder to quit than opiates
DMT, LSD and psilocybin containing mushroom are just amazing with so many health benefits. Psilocybin mushrooms treatment saved my life honestly from addiction and depression. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms

I finally made it through and u can to
Ive quit for 3 months 3 times, and yes theres a slight more spring in my step, other than that i dont feel good off the weed, im just craving for the weeks im off it and cant see how ill be happy without it, i repeat, ive quit for 3 months, 3 times, and i just want to start again, its like theres a hole that nothing else could fill apart from weed
Why is bc they’re weak
Dr Frank is still on drugs! Look at his face 😂
weed is easy to quit. cigarettes are harder to quit because people become more physically addicted to the nicotine in cigarettes because cigarettes have so much nicotine in them.
You guys enjoying the weather?
Been saying im going to quit smoking for the last 4 years. So hard for me
yodieland, simple
