Youre a lucky mom to have your daughter still alive after using this a substance at a young age
We need to speak on why Americans young and old are facing depression and mental issues that are causing them to seek out some type of relief or remedy for these issues. We can’t just blame the smoke shops they are in business because there is a way bigger issue going on. Americans are trying to escape their reality which ever way they can. It is definitely an epidemic but the problem isn’t just the vape manufacturers or the shops that sell this stuff. Why are we looking for this stuff CBD, Delta 6,7,8,9,10, THC THA, Kratom, 7oh, gas station Herion “I don’t remember the actual name for it”. More and more Americans are seeking help for mental issues on a day to day basis. Something is wrong with our society at a base level. Maybe the fast food we ate for decades, maybe the non stick pans that are leaking chemicals into our food, maybe or air pollution, or our water. Could be that we work 5 days a week and have no work home life balance or our Government and our divisive politics. Or maybe it’s all of the above. We definitely need to look into what’s going on and stop trying to point the finger before we identify the actual issue.
There is more that we as parents have to do, to help the young people. The THC vapes are declaring children with schizophrenia. Horrible what it's doing to the young children/young adults.

Not only is the THC stronger, but mixing ANY drug with alcohol causes a "Synergistic" effect which in turn explodes the strength of the other drug. Most people get sick rather quickly when they mix drugs and alcohol, but many OD and even die. People who have a glass or two of wine and then take their "anxiety" pill (usually a Benzo) before bed are very likely to never wake up. Don't mix alcohol with other drugs ever; it's a sure way to OD.

I got hooked bad on what people call Gerb. Synthetic weed vape. When I run out I had a worse withdrawals I ever felt.
I grew my own and smoked it and it's just as bad.
It's crazy when people say it's not addictive, it was one of the most difficult things to quit for me even though it had so many bad side affects.
Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean you smoke it or that it's good for you.
I have watched several of these videos lately, and it's so good to see these issues being addressed.
I first encountered cannabis in high school (45 years ago), and I remember hearing then that it was more concentrated that the stuff used in the 1960s. How much higher is it today?
I have never used it (never tried it even once), and don't like being around it. I was not a typical kid, I had no vulnerability at all to peer pressure (was quite a loner, and really didn't care), but it's not hard to see how kids would start using, when everyone around them is, and they're all going on and on about how harmless it is. In that environment many kids would succumb.
The rationalizations amaze me. "We're not into drugs, drugs are bad, it's not a drug, it's just a plant, it don't hurt nobody . . . . etc"

I used to smoke a lot and i would always feel depressed and anxious afterwards. Being high gives you temporary relief or a moment of numbness in this big fuzzy cotton ball but all the feelings you put off when you are up come rushing back with a vengeance when it wears off. Thanks for telling your story. I pray your daughter comes to her senses.

I lived in Richmond near Katy for about a year. I hit rock bottom there because of weed psychosis. I lost my mind and even started doing whippets because they sell them at all the smoke / vape shops in that area. Please stay away from vape city and don't smoke weed. Nothing good comes from it.

Drinking alcohol isn't the answer either alcohol kills more people than any other drug each year. It is poisonous and damages the entire brain. Alcohol is the absolute worst one weather people believe it or not it damages all the organs as well. I have been a substance abuse counselor at an addiction Center and a sober alcoholic myself and I can tell you you do not want her drinking alcohol. Thanks for your testimony
In the 70s cannabis averaged around 3.5% THC. in the 90s this increased through hydrid growing to around 17%. Today the synthetic THC molecule is beyond strong and we will look back at this and wonder how this was allowed. Psychosis inducing products Avoid it if you want to stay sane.

A lot of these comments make me so sad. I came out of the addiction to these weed vapes, and I can’t get the glory, only Jesus Christ the Lord of lords and King of kings. He delivered me from all addiction and this one being the worst right beside nicotine. Everyone says they’re not addictive, they’re lying. I didn’t start having really bad anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts until I regularly smoked dab pens (the THC vapes) when I tell you I was never sober for about 3 years, I’m not lying. I couldn’t be off them because if I was you didn’t want to be around me and it all started when I was 14. My mom tried to fix it and help me but she couldn’t, I’ve been to the mental hospital, got kicked out of my house, been to therapy and NOTHINGGGG worked. I could only be helped temporarily then went right back not very long after. I couldn’t be helped by anyone and that’s why I give all glory to Christ Jesus. I do not condone at all for you to tell your daughter to just drink instead, just stay away from anything that’s going to alter your mind in general, including pharmaceutical drugs like antidepressants or anxiety meds! Repent!! Turn from sin, Jesus is the only One who can truly set us free and I am a living testimony of the power of God and have been sober for almost 2 years and still going and I know that I will stay sober as I continue to fear the Lord and obey Him. It’s only by His grace and mercy I’m here today. Thank you for sharing this though, really keeps me grateful to Christ Jesus my Lord and Savior and exposes the truth behind this wicked invention that’s meant to keep you in bondage.

Thanks for sharing. My brother started cannabis at 18 . I last saw him at 50 and he was still smoking although not sure how much . He was not in a good way . Not sure where he is now 😢. Sending love t o you and all that suffer taking it or know someone effected by this. ❤

the reason why we have so many shops selling these fake weed vapes is because marijuana is still federally illegal. this literally wouldn't be a problem if we just had access to smoking a joint.
I've tried synthetic I bought at a smoke shop where it's 18+ and real legal marijuana from a legal regulated dispensary where it's 21+. Guess which one made me feel schizophrenic? Synthetic weed is no joke, I thought I was losing my mind. Stay away from smoke shops, they sell everything under the table, it's very common.

I was addicted real badly to THC vapes for a couple years. Glad to be four months free from all cannabis use and plan to keep it that way. I was smoking daily for over ten years. It had a huge grasp on me and I was never willing to admit it. I would use from when I woke up in the morning, I'd step out during work to hit it (one time a customer smelled it on me), and I'd hit it before I went to bed at night. I'd go through 2g devices in as little as four days, racking up anywhere from 80-160 weekly. I didn't have friends generous enough to see what I was doing and ask how I can be helped – they'd just smoke with me.
I would choose to buy more vapes both legal from a dispensary and illegal ones that would sometimes be fake from a plug. I was also choosing to not pay my credit cards off and buy more vapes instead. I'd call my THC doctor and complain to get more credits because I ran my 20 ounce prescription out before the 6 week period ended. Then I would use said credit card to buy THC-A vapes from smoke shops. I finally identified why I had bouts of bad heartburn when I'd do anything physical or even bend over to pick something up below me. I would have a headache by the afternoon each day and didn't know how a migrane headache felt until I figured out I had them. I was irritable and always looking at the world around me in a negative light. Colostrum helped a lot but smoking fully eliminated the heartburn issue.
Don't breathe in anything besides air and if you know someone who smokes constantly find a way to extend help to them.
Now I am in better shape, I can breathe and operate normally and I go back to the gym (I would go to before I was smoking) every other day.

Good to hear people sharing these examples because too many people are just unaware of the possible complications. Cannabis is not a benign drug. It has been altered considerably. THC levels are far too high. The natural protective chemicals have been removed in order to increase the potency. The threat to mental health is serious especially to our youth. The brain is still forming and can be seriously damaged. It affects memory so school performance can be seriously affected. Why take the chance of damaging your brain.

Those in vape shops who tell you what to buy based on what you're feeling are probably high off their ass.
When someone goes into psychosis, they should be taken to a mental health facility. Being in that kind of environment shows them the real consequences of what’s happening. For a lot of people, just experiencing or seeing that is enough to scare them straight. Nine times out of ten, they’ll straighten up and think twice before ever smoking that stuff again.

I live in a small town in PA and i mean small and there are two vape shops. Meanwhile the schools are putting in Vape detectors…
20 year fireman…..tons of calls related to weed. It's a strong,bad drug. I'm not saying it gets everyone, but it gets a lot more than people know.

@13:30 man she lying, although people at smoke shops do ask what they are looking for it's never to the extent she claims it is. and even then they always ask for ID so if kids are getting around that by getting an adult to buy it, just like they do with alcohol, I blame the parents. Obviously weed isn't for everybody just like alcohol can make certain individuals belligerent I mean at that point if you know it affects you that way and you keep on doing it you can't really blame the substance now can you?
Vaping at 13-14 years old? Where is the parental supervision? Again…a parent that cannot and will not take any responsibility and who wants to blame anything else. On seeking professional help(therapy or medical), results matter. If you're not seeing positive results shortly after getting help, then it's NOT helping. I hate this f*cking series.
