I have been addicted to weed since 2012- although I took a 3 year break in 2020. Im sick of the memory loss. I can’t remember why I went to my car and what I was trying to look for there. I just miss so many details. I’m motivated to get my motivation back. I want to start my online business and move somewhere else.

Reminding myself how crappy I felt during the time I vaped THC was enough to go cold turkey for 2 years strong and how much my life has improved overall since. Never going back as it felt like a prison sentence to me and life is sooo good now

Friday will be a week weed free. If it wasn’t for cbd oil I’d go crazy.
I will stop cbd oil too once the withdrawal is gone

My main motivation was to get rid of the awful sticky sweats smelling like tobacco. And as soon as I stopped, I noticed immediately next day that I sweat less, and that motivated me to keep going. Went through mild headache for the next 2 days (totally bearable) which made me smile because I could feel my body expelling the poisons I fed it with since I was 16. Now 41, it's time to beat this thing. In day 4 i got flu like symptoms, runny nose and diarrhea 😂 and i thought "motherf…" bring it on!!! i drank a lot of water and powered through. totally worth it. fuck poisoning ourselves. it's time to breathe. 👍🏻

Find a real reason to quit. There are physically addictive substances like Benzos, Alcohol, and nicotine and then there’s cannabis. Go for a new job, seek mental clarity and less anxiety, improve your health. I was prescribed clonazepam for 4 years and that withdrawal could have killed me. I also quit nicotine and prescription opioids after surgery while still in pain. Why? I was failing physics. It’s all in your head. Find a PURPOSE.

Currently vaping at work, having been focused on school, work, relationships, and a side business. I will say having those things to work on and put time and effort into is making the quitting journey easier day by day. Thank you AddictionMindset

15 years no cigs this august 🙌🏻
    I smoked 40 a day from 12-18 years old

Quit alcohol 2 years ago this august
And weed 2 years this October

My issue is I’m super bored and lonely
My friends are dead or on drugs
My dad died and ex gf and I don’t speak anymore since that was toxic

I have health issues and sit inside a lot because of anxiety depression

Also got off benzos a year ago in September
Was on those for anxiety since 2007
    It’s been hell…

I’d say list the pros and cons to doing what ur addiction or habit is

    If it’s worth it
Does it stand in ways of goals
Why u chose this and do it

    Always here to help

I've been over a year without smoking or vaping nicotine and I've had very few triggers but I think it's because I built a solid steel door to that part of my mind and made an unchangeable agreement with my self I would not let it out no matter how bad life gets.
