No, THC vapes don't turn people into psychopathic murderers.
Either it was some other drug, or he was already schizophrenic or something like that.

i'm sure it wasn't the first time he did this drug. He knew it's effects and still took it,so whatever he did was intentional. Same with drinking and driving. I assume he may have taken other drugs/alcohol besides the thc, that maybe had a bad combination reaction, but in the end,sounds like an excuse. He is another one that must be kept locked up.We simply can't have people this unstable loose in normal society.
