I’m an army veteran been smoking 20 years. Nobody’s half assed opinion is making me quit.
Storz and bickel mighty + for vaping, sad i didnt get it sooner. game changer
It’s not “cray-tum”. It’s “gra-tawm”
Wrong again never did that to me even after 50 years lies all lies
I was taking Delta 8 edibles for awhile because it was great for iliopsis. It did cause mid psychosis with extended use. It went away pretty quickly and I learned I could use them as needed.
Interesting research…any proof?
Use of any substances (intoxicants) has more negative side effects than benefits!!!
Do you know anyone who is genuinely happy (long term) without the "psychoactive" crutch they need?? Name two😎
Who should never do cannabis? Everybody who loves oneself enough to work on health in a healthy way.✨️😇
I have complex PTSD and l self medicate at night to help me sleep. It's natural and not a pharmaceutical evil, that keeps certain elites rich.
Cannabis good, bad or both is an interesting topic. It stil remains funny to me that while taking about that, is an amount of alcohol in the background that is enough to kill a whole bunch of people 😂
That guy bolshiting
We see in legalise contrys that evry thing is ok and this reserce are bilshit!
I would like to use edible for sleep instead of vape but it doesn’t work well with me. Cannot find sweet spot between enough or too much. Unpredictable effects based on what you ate etc. I have an Oura ring and monitors sleep. He is correct I get 8 hours plus but usually fall a bit low on REM sleep.
Do you wanna talk about cannabis? Let’s talk about butterd sausage what is it doing? Where does it come from? Get out of my face
For sure on the bipolar schizophrenia people. Good friend from high school didn’t smoke then, in his 30’s started smoking heavy and went totally psycho.

I’ve taken kratom a lot
My biscotti taste good
But then you have the other guys that can keep hitting the vape no matter how they feel. Right here bruh lol
Shit if anything I’m the closest to psychosis but at the same time I’m the realest bro you’ll meet
Can't beat clean health living. Less is more and none is better.
Thcp gummies are the best Bro 😊
If everyone stopped alcohol the emergency room would be empty on weekends
Addicts will always defend. I know used to be one! Get off the green! The vaping of it really fucks your lungs up and causes major stomach issues when you quit too!
What I've found is cannabis really amplifies the left, carnal side of the mind. Idk the mastery behind it and the full use case behind it. I've had benefits but only in short term use. Max a 2 weeks, after that it's downhill. Just know when you smoke it, you should meditate, and fall into it. This falling into your head feels the same during meditation but its not the same. Ifykyk.
There is nobody more ignorant than a pothead, they completely deny their miracle drug has ever done anything wrong. While it's definitely less harmful than alcohol, I've watched it turn some of the sharpest people I know into total zombies with no ambition.
I'd bet the ultra processed and "GRAS" chemicals in our food, the microplastics that are consuming our bodies and all the other chemicals we are exposed to are going to give you cancer faster than vaping weed unless you are vaping weed grown with synthetic PGR's or super cheap sketchy cartridges. I'll disagree with Huberman with the edible for sleeping, it takes too long for the edible to kick and if you don't take enough or take too much, you risk delaying falling asleep. Using a DRY HERB vape with decent quality weed to fall asleep is probably the safest and most effective method to help sleep with cannabis. The vape carts are too sketchy chemical / ingredient wise in my opinion. Huberman is brilliant but he comes across as someone who has no experience with cannabis and is regurgitating something he is trying to remember that he read in a medical journal.
The legalization of marijuana (weed) is a topic of ongoing debate. While many support legalization for its economic, medical, and social benefits, others argue that it has brought unintended consequences. Here’s a balanced exploration of why some might view marijuana legalization as a mistake:
1. Public Health Concerns
Increased Use Among Youth:
Despite regulations, studies suggest that legalization can lead to increased marijuana use among teenagers.
The normalization of marijuana might send a message that it is completely safe, which can be misleading.
Mental Health Issues:
Chronic marijuana use is associated with an increased risk of anxiety, depression, and psychosis, particularly among individuals predisposed to these conditions.
Higher-potency cannabis products in legal markets may exacerbate these risks.
Driving Under the Influence:
Marijuana-impaired driving has become a growing concern in states where it’s legalized, with increases in traffic accidents linked to cannabis use.
April 2023, I quit approx 18 years of alcoholism. Last April I quit over a dozen prescription pills. Including Seroquel +2 other antipsychotics, many SSRIs, diazepam, opioid pain killers, also my medication for hyperlipidemia, basically against doctors advice. Not something I particularly recommend, particularly as a medical layman. After recognising a developing dependence on pregabalin, prescribed for sciatic pain, I tapered off lyrica after historically taking XXL doses, potentially lethal doses tbh (occasionally up to 1800 mg). My regular prescribed Seroquel does was 100mg morning and 600mg at night (often I took up to 2000mg nightly). I stayed away from the doctor until I had been around 4 months without the pills and had comprehensive blood and urine test, everything seemed normal and no hyperlipidemia anymore. The only pills I will take now is for my cat hair allergy and antibiotics if needed The cannabis was and is not my "panacea", my decision to stop avoiding reality is. I am formally diagnosed as Bipolar affective and schizophrenic, incorrectly I believe. I have cptsd (self diagnosed), I have had a extremely traumatic childhood, physically, mentally and sexualy. 3 years ago, my sciatica forced me to rely on a walking stick, around 4 months ago I ollied my first 4 stair set after taking up skateboarding again after 20 odd years. I could go on and on about myself and my personal experiences (eg. this past year, I've had extensive dental work including many extractions, last one an upper canine root) without Anesthesia or pharmaceutical pain relief (I actually consider this to be simple dissociation) freak's out the dentist though LoL. After changing from smoking to dry herb vaporising, within 1 month I went from emptying a bag of vapour in 6-7 full breaths to 3-4 full breaths. I could go on and on about my experience, but the biggest issue I have found is that for the most part all the doctors I've dealt with concerning cannabis only recognise cannabinoids not terpenes and not the "entourage effect". I have had specific cultivars with terpene profiles that simply smelling the container improved my mood. I consume Sativa during the day, and occasionally high potency hybrids at night or for "deep contemplation" I honestly think with controlled breathing, vaporising high potency I perhaps am releasing low doses of endogenous dimethyltrypamine. We need more comprehensive studies. Natural is good, chemical synthetic bad. BUT MORE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!
Dear Nerds, Everything will kill you. Pick something fun. The Noble Weed is a gift from God. It most assuredly helps humanity far more than it hurts. Governments don't ban it to try to keep you healthy, they do it to stop you from thinking for yourself. This guy can do neuroscience in one hand and shit in the other and clap.
Smoking marrinuana during cancer helped me go into remission. Not a doctor just speaking experience.
Passion flower tea is great before bed, I sleep great every night. Stopped weed 2 years ago and have no regrets, my mind is now clear and depression gone.
