The printer was a bit complicated to hook up https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 but it does the job very efficiently. I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I'll update my review in a couple of months.

Thanks for the info. I just started dtg printing. When I print, it comes out very nice and colorful. Then I heat press, and it gets dull. I have tried different temperatures, pressure and press times. After pressing, is it supposed to look the same as it did coming out of the printer?
