Tia started reselling sneakers and clothes she bought in thrift stores for some extra cash in college. She quickly realized the high demand and profit potential and started growing the business, first with a Shopify store and then into their first brick-and-mortar. Now they have a team to help run their stores. We’ll find out how they built that team and how Tia and Anastasia’s role in the business has changed as it’s grown.

The key to this growth is also the industry’s biggest challenge: buying sneakers can be expensive. Tia and Anastasia explain how they keep inventory costs low so they can make up to 30% margins on each sale. You’ll also hear the key skills to open a sneaker reselling business and how those have helped Sneak City grow so quickly, along with some tips for how to get started if you don’t have a lot of cash on hand.
Once you have shoes to resell, the next step is getting them to buyers. We’ll learn how Sneak City uses its 100,000 YouTube subscribers and other social media platforms to attract and engage with customers. It also helps to have a brick-and-mortar with lots of foot traffic, and you’ll hear how that influenced where they opened their second location and the value of a physical space for a reselling business.

Since reselling is dead they make millions in their dreams maybe
“ you keep fakes “ so the seller just lets you keep them ?
lol why do people sell their stuff to low ballers so they business owner can resell at a profit. I don’t get that

Anyone that pays 20,000 for a pair of shoes is smoking crack
Not sure why she's using 130% of the sales price…..$39 profit on a $90 cost of good is 43.33%. 30% of 90 is 27. Unless she meant to say she multiplies the current StockX price by 130% as that would be a 30% margin if she's buying at that price, but she's going slightly lower – which is not a bad thing bc then it gives some wiggle room to negotiate upto the StockX price.
damn shes fine
Never let people know how much you are making publicly
Everybody not making $ doing this trust me. People are wearing reps more than yall think
If you want to lie then why say with $50 you can start with $1 😂…really??? with 50 you can buy only one or two pieces… be realistic… It will take ages to make millions

Girl you need to pamper yourself your ends are looking a little wild there girl

They say that the biggest problem in the industry is fakse, which is acurate, but the resellers complaining about there being sonmany reps, are the exact reason why they exist, resellers are selling shoes at a ridiculously high price, to the point that people perfer to buy reps than to go broke buying a single pair, i see reseller nowadays still sell panda dunk lows for $500 when they retail for $120 and are constantly being restocked, i say the biggest problem in the industry are the resellers
You guys are living my dream! I'm at my first 100 pairs right now. It's so hard to post some of the shoes i like a lot! You guys are legends in my eyes! I got the streetwear as well as bape and old evisu. Pretty much my last 10 year collection..lol. man this is awesome! Thanks for this video.
Do they mention the part where they back door and bot sneakers? No? Ok…
