Embroidery or Print for Business Branding?

Embroidery or Print for Business Branding?

Choose a decoration method by looking at the item, artwork and how it will be used. Here is a straightforward checklist for branded apparel and gifts.

Match the decoration to the item

Embroidery often suits compact marks on caps, polos, jackets and structured fabric. Printing is more flexible for larger graphics, multiple colours, fine tonal detail and artwork that needs a smooth surface. Some products support one method only, so confirm the available options on the product page before preparing artwork.

The video gives a useful introduction to how embroidery files are built. It is not a product endorsement or a guarantee that every logo can be stitched at every size.

A quick artwork checklist

Send a clean logo file, list any required colours, specify the item and placement, and include a target finished size. For embroidery, ask whether small text or narrow spaces need a simplified version. For print, confirm transparency, resolution and whether the design should have a background.

If you are ordering for a team, keep the artwork and placement consistent across every size and colour. Approve a proof before the whole order is decorated.

Buy the right blank first

Fabric, colour and product shape affect both appearance and comfort. Check the item details, size guide and branding options, then request a quote if your artwork or quantity needs a custom review. C63s Business Branding lists products that can be ordered plain or with selected branding where the item supports it.
