I don’t know what you call pick and pay. This just looks like nightlife of the young people. Partying. Pick and pay sounds like prostitution.

Very few of the people you are seeing there you can pick & pay, it's mostly students.
Claude check out the amapiano music scene. Those are decent gathering. South African just having fun. Just ask someone where can you check it out. And there are they decent people having fun.
