NOTE: In the video I said 1/8 of a tablespoon for the Potassium Sorbate, I meant 1/8 of a Teaspoon. I apologize for any confusion.

This three part series will teach you everything you want/need to know about making Gummies. This is part 1 where I cover a basic (foolproof) recipe that is not infused. You might be asking yourself, why didn’t I infuse these gummies? The reason is because I think it’s good for everyone to have a base recipe that they are comfortable with before diving into infusing Gummies. In part two we will make them infused and talk about the different infusing options and pro’s and con’s to each infusing medium. In this video I use Potassium Sorbate as my mold inhibitor however you can use LorAnn Mold Inhibitor as well (however it’s cheaper in the long run to use Potassium Sorbate).
